Join the Mister Softee team and spend your shifts bringing smiles—and soft serve—to communities throughout Northeast Florida.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Comfortable driving a box truck
  • Able to maintain a clean driving record
  • Available for day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun environment
What to Expect: Flexible scheduling with average earnings based on 25% commission on sales.
